What is Performance Breath Training (PBT)
Our 75 minute PBT Classes are a unique blend of guided Performance Breathwork, group fitness, sauna and cold plunge. The foundation of PBT is centered on the Breathwork. Each class has guided Breathwork that is designed to optimize breathing mechanics which also intertwined with the workout as it’s primary focus. You will challenge your cardiovascular, strength output and performance. With benchmark metrics built into the program, you can track your progress. We are currently offering HIIT, Strength, Core/Endurance and Recovery classes.
Description of Classes:
P.B.T. HIIT
The P.B.T. HIIT class is centered on a variety of intervals to challenge different anaerobic and aerobic thresholds while focusing on nasal breathing. The P.B.T. program also bases its improvement with certain fitness and Breathwork metrics done in class. Only the Sauna will be used immediately after each HIIT class for 10-20 minutes based on the individuals heat tolerance.
P.B.T. Strength
The P.B.T. Strength is an Upper Body or Lower Body focused strength building class. It includes Performance Breathwork at the beginning of class and blending that into the workout of the day. Only the Sauna will be used immediately after each HIIT class for 10-20 minutes based on the individuals heat tolerance.
P.B.T. Core/Endurance
The P.B.T. Core/Endurance class is focused heavily on the combination of functional core strength and balance while adding in some moderate intensity cardio exercises with minimal rest time. The Performance Breathwork is still performed at the beginning of the class with it integrated into the flow of the workout. Only the Sauna will be used immediately after each HIIT class for 10-20 minutes based on the individuals heat tolerance.
P.B.T. Recovery
The P.B.T. Recovery Class will have an extended Performance Breathwork portion of class. The goal of this is to get more attention to proper breathing mechanics, increase the individual’s Co2 Tolerance, and set the body into a parasympathetic recovery state. After the Breathwork is completed, the class will use our Cold Plunges and Saunas to further enhance your recovery. The cold plunging will be guided with certain time frames and temperatures relative to the individual. The Sauna will also be used relative to the individual’s heat tolerance.

Spots are limited and you must register at least 24 hours in advance or the class window will be closed for registration.
